Juliana Montoya Santa is a lawyer from Universidad de Medellín and a specialist in tax law from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana. She has more than 15 years of experience, both in the public and private sectors, and has worked as a government lawyer and auditor in tax auditing at the Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN), and has also worked as a tax advisor in renowned firms in the country.

She currently works as an advisor to private companies on issues such as the development of legal concepts and strategies related to tax law, she also provides support in litigation processes before municipal and national tax administration entities, as well as comprehensive support in the design of business strategies that seek tax optimization, and in due diligence processes in the acquisition of companies.
