Melissa Jaramillo Lopera has a law degree from Universidad EAFIT, a specialist in Business Law from Universidad Externado de Colombia and a Diploma in Real Estate Law from Universidad CES.
She has worked as a consultant lawyer in the private sector and in law firms, advising on commercial, contractual, business, intellectual property, foreign investment and regulatory compliance matters.

She currently works as an advisor to private companies in legal matters related to commercial and corporate law, providing comprehensive support to companies in different sectors such as pharmaceuticals, construction and services.

In addition, she has extensive experience as an advisor to private companies in the design of commercial contracts, private agreements, incorporation of companies, trademark registrations, foreign investment procedures and advice on corporate commercial law.
